Vice President Operations

In his new role, Steve will leverage his 25+ years of expertise in aircraft maintenance and appearance with United Airlines to continue building Leading Edge's global leadership in quality, performance and customer service. As part of his new position, Steve will work closely with facilities in North America and overseas, building relationships with major commercial airlines and clients, and expanding business opportunities worldwide.

Prior to joining Leading Edge, Steve spearheaded United's global standards for aircraft appearance and maintenance, overseeing a fleet of more than 360 aircraft. He was an instrumental part in developing and implementing the new mainline United livery in 2005 as well as the Ted livery program, and played a major role in planning the company's aggressive approach to merged paint livery with Continental Airlines. Steve is an expert in global quality standards and a licensed mechanic with Airframe and Power plant (A&P) certifications. He has also completed the Six Sigma Lean programs and has received Green belt training.
